Potential leads are automatically identified as “warm” or “hot”, based on links they’ve clicked within your MemberVault marketplace. These are shown in your dashboard, so that you’re able to contact them and ask if they need help or further information about specific products / offers.

FOCUS ON PERSONAL CONNECTION AND ENGAGEMENT…

One of the truly innovative features of MemberVault is its focus on personal connection – genuinely reaching out to and supporting clients via inbuilt tracking and tagging (e.g. the “hot lead” identification mentioned above), and multiple gamification tools. Because engagement is highly valued in the MemberVault ecosystem, various user actions earn Engagement Points (EP)  – this is MV’s way of determining how engaged someone is within your account or within a particular product. EP are shown per user and per product in your account.

How does this benefit you as a product creator?  You can easily reward people, via Product Actions, for earning X amount of EP, as well as for completing products, modules, lessons and quizzes.  Rewards could be a “confetti” celebration shown on screen or even unlocking a bonus product for them –  and all of these can be set to trigger an email via the integration with your email service.

The personal connection focus is also evident in an engaged and supportive Facebook Group for members – MemberVault’s owners (Erin and Mike Kelly) are active in the group, questions are answered promptly and suggestions for new features are taken seriously.
